Built into the deal, not bolted on afterward
Social Yields isn't a foundation we fund when it's convenient, and it isn't a marketing campaign. It's a structural commitment: every time a BridgeYields Club Deal closes, a fixed share of our own earnings is routed directly to social impact — before the deal is even reported as closed.
We built it this way for one reason. Impact initiatives that depend on discretionary donations disappear the first time a business has a bad quarter. Ours can't — because it's not a decision we make deal by deal. It's part of how the deal is priced from day one.
BridgeYields investors don't pay for this. Social Yields is funded exclusively from BridgeYields' own margin, never from the investor's return.
How the 1% actually works
Every Club Deal generates a total return, split three ways: what goes to the investor, what BridgeYields retains as its margin, and what goes to Social Yields. The mechanism is simple, and it's the same on every single deal.
Example: a deal returning 15% overall

The split is automatic and identical on every deal. It isn't a year-end decision or a discretionary bonus round — it's built into how each deal's economics are calculated from day one.
The investor's return is never reduced to fund Social Yields. The 1% comes out of BridgeYields' own margin, not out of the investor's yield — it's our commitment, not a cost passed on to you.
Where a percentage point goes
A single percentage point sounds small until you look at what it compounds into. Spread across every Club Deal we close, it becomes a standing, recurring source of funding — not a one-time gesture, but a mechanism that grows in lockstep with the platform itself.
