EUTENEA LTD (Company No. 14410802), with registered office at 71-75 Shelton Street, Covent Garden, London, United Kingdom, WC2H 9JQ ("BridgeYields", "we", "our"), is the data controller of the personal data collected through bridgeyields.com. This policy explains what data we collect, why, how long we keep it and the rights you can exercise at any time by writing to privacy@bridgeyields.com.

1. Data we collect

Contact data you submit through our waitlist, project-access form, quiz, contact form or email: first name, last name, email address, phone number, country, and any other information you voluntarily share.

Technical data: IP address, browser type, device information, pages visited, timestamps and referral source — collected via cookies and similar technologies, only after you consent to non-essential categories.

Marketing preferences: your consent choices and any interactions with our communications.

2. Purposes and legal bases (GDPR art. 6)

Providing the services you request (art. 6.1.b — performance of a contract or pre-contractual measures): managing your waitlist position, unlocking project details, responding to your enquiries.

Legitimate interest (art. 6.1.f): security, fraud prevention, aggregated analytics, service improvement.

Consent (art. 6.1.a): non-essential cookies, marketing emails, third-party integrations. You can withdraw consent at any time.

Legal obligation (art. 6.1.c): compliance with tax, AML and record-keeping requirements.

3. Recipients and processors

Data may be processed by trusted service providers acting as data processors under written agreements: cloud hosting and database (Lovable Cloud / Supabase), email delivery (Resend), marketing automation (Kajabi), form-embedded scheduling (YouCanBook.me), analytics providers if enabled with your consent.

We do not sell your personal data. We do not share it with third parties for their own marketing.

4. International transfers

Some processors are located outside the UK / EEA (including the United States). Transfers rely on Standard Contractual Clauses and/or UK IDTA, together with additional safeguards where required.

5. Retention

Waitlist and lead data: up to 24 months from the last interaction, then deleted or anonymised.

Project-access records: up to 24 months to justify the access granted.

Contract and accounting data: 10 years, as required by law.

Cookie consent records: 12 months, then the banner is shown again.

6. Your rights (GDPR art. 15–22)

Access, rectification, erasure, restriction, portability, objection, withdrawal of consent — at any time and free of charge by emailing privacy@bridgeyields.com.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority (in the UK: the ICO; in the EU: your local Data Protection Authority).
